The Magpie’s Nest is now heading into its 15th year and remains an independent alternative voice for Townsville. To stay that way, we do not accept advertising, and we are forever free. Over the years, we’ve managed to break quite a few stories that others preferred remained hidden – and we always have a laugh along the way.
